i looked up an older article but it wasn%26#039;t found, i want to make tshirts on a 4 color press or something similar so if somebody could find a place for me to read and learn that would be 5 points.

have you tried dharma trading co? they are online and have lots of instructions. I believe they have screenprinting kits. they have very good quality products.
Also, have you heard of a gocco? you can buy them imported from japan and I know you can print small images in multiple colors on fabric. you can also use paper with them.
